3. Definitions of terms used:

VENDOSOL S.R.L. partners – companies with a good reputation, selected by VENDOSOL S.R.L. , whose services/goods are promoted to VENDOSOL S.R.L. customers and who offer, through our company, commercial services to VENDOSOL S.R.L. customers, based on a contract previously accepted by the User and who process personal data on behalf of the VENDOSOL S.R.L. controller or on their own behalf, as the case may be.
SUNFUL.IO – is an online application, property of VENDOSOL S.R.L., designed specifically for individuals or companies that have generated a report and/or other reports with VENDOSOL S.R.L..
VENDOSOL S.R.L. customer – Natural or legal person who has queried a report with VENDOSOL S.R.L.
User – The natural or legal person who has queried, as well as the person who is not a VENDOSOL S.R.L. customer, who has expressed the option to use the SUNFUL.IO application, either to query via a report or to find out more details about VENDOSOL S.R.L. products and services.
User Administrator
Trademarks – refers to the fact that the name “VENDOSOL” and derivatives, however represented, including stylized representations, all associated logos and symbols and combinations thereof with any word or graphic symbol, used on this site, are trademarks of VENDOSOL S.R.L. or any associated companies or partners.
Denial-of-service attacks – fraudulent attempts to disable or block access to a service by overloading the computer resources supporting the service with multiple requests sent to the service in a very short time.
Cracking or hacking – unauthorized access to the user’s reporting service or breaking the security barriers of any network, server, web or user account.
Electronic correspondence and electronic invoice service – electronic service offered by VENDOSOL S.R.L. to its customers who have expressly expressed the option of receiving the invoice and the correspondence resulting from the relationship concluded by the Customer with VENDOSOL S.R.L. in electronic format

4. Access SUNFUL.IO
To use SUNFUL.IO by accessing the online platform, as well as when installing the application, the User must access the “Generate Report” section and go through the following steps, which involves providing the following information:

In order to complete the report creation process, the User must check/uncheck the box according to which:
has acknowledged and accepts the provisions contained in the SUNFUL.IO Terms and Conditions and also acknowledges the processing of its personal data (E-mail).
After using the report, by accessing SUNFUL.IO, the report version will be sent by e-mail.
IMPORTANT! VENDOSOL S.R.L. may at any time modify the categories of data requested for accessing SUNFUL.IO, if such modifications are necessary for security reasons, to improve operations or are dictated by a legal obligation.
5. Use of www. sunful.io
VENDOSOL S.R.L. allows you to view and download materials from the www. sunful.io website exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright notices and other intellectual property elements in the original documents are preserved in the downloaded/copied materials – without alteration. The following are prohibited: modification of the materials on this site, their reproduction, public display, performance or distribution, use for public or commercial purposes. The use of these materials on another website or in any networked computer environment is prohibited. The materials published on this Site belong exclusively to VENDOSOL S.R.L. and/or its partners. 6. Rights and Responsibilities of the User
1. The user declares and guarantees that he/she has the right to access the VENDOSOL S.R.L. services and/or has been authorized/empowered by the owner for all actions he/she undertakes for the use of the SUNFUL.IO application;
2. The user declares and guarantees that all data used in the reporting process are correct for the purpose of the report.

The User is obliged to keep confidential the information from accessing the SUNFUL.IO application and the data accessed through this service transmitted by e-mail, or viewed through the SUNFUL.IO application, and is solely responsible for any consequences that may result from the disclosure of this access information to a third party, regardless of whether the disclosure was intentional, negligent or reckless;
4. The User may not use and/or allow any third party to use the Service for immoral or illegal purposes;

The User is directly responsible for all his actions and errors that lead to material loss and/or damage of any kind, for himself or for third parties, regardless of whether he acted intentionally, negligently or recklessly (e.g. facilitating unauthorized transactions or through fraudulent attempts), even in the situation where the Service is not used by the User but by another person using the User’s report, if he came into possession of such data as a result of the User’s intention, negligence or recklessness.
6. The user can access the SUNFUL.IO application 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during periods when they are restricted or suspended for technical reasons. Access may be limited in speed during peak usage hours due to the processing limits of the computer system used by these services. The User acknowledges that multiple Users connected simultaneously may cause the SUNFUL.IO application to slow down.
7. For any questions related to the SUNFUL.IO application, the User can call the online CHAT service.

The legal entity User has the obligation to empower a person, called User Administrator, to represent him/her with full powers in the relationship with VENDOSOL S.R.L. regarding the use of the Service described in this document. Any operation carried out by the Administrator User is fully enforceable against the legal person User.
9. If the User does not fill in the e-mail identification data, VENDOSOL S.R.L. does not assume any liability in case communications are made to an e-mail address to which the User no longer has access or to a person without any capacity.
10. The User understands that access to certain functions of the SUNFUL.IO application may be restricted for as long as the provision to the User of all or part of the VENDOSOL S.R.L. services is suspended, regardless of the cause of the suspension.

13. The SUNFUL.IO app is offered FREE to customers for part of the report. In order to have access to all the information in the report, customers must pay XX RON, respectively XX EURO. Payment of all additional charges in connection with the use of the service, including those that the telephone or Internet service provider may require, shall be borne by the User.
14. VENDOSOL S.R.L. and its partners shall not be liable for any loss resulting from delays, unfulfilled requests or requests not reaching the addressee, caused by events beyond the control of VENDOSOL S.R.L. , its partners or by errors of omission on the part of the User.
15. VENDOSOL S.R.L. assures you that it makes every effort to ensure that the SUNFUL.IO application works at optimal parameters in order to send you all updated data and information. However, VENDOSOL S.R.L. does not guarantee that the service described above and the pages located on the www. sunful.io website are error-free or that they always function at optimal parameters. In this regard, we hereby inform you that VENDOSOL S.R.L. shall not be held legally responsible for any inadvertence or erroneous information presented in connection with the SUNFUL.IO application, but assures you that it will take all necessary actions to promptly remedy any errors.
7. Saving bank card data
VENDOSOL S.R.L. does not provide users with the possibility to save bank card details for faster online payments.
Users paying via the SUNFUL.IO online payment service cannot opt to save bank card details.
VENDOSOL S.R.L. DOES NOT STORE banking information provided by users who choose to save it for easier and faster online payments. The SUNFUL.IO online payment service is the interface between the payer and the online payment processor Viva Wallet. Thus, bank information provided by VENDOSOL S.R.L. payers is collected by Viva Payment Services Single Member SA according to its banking policies. The user understands that the services are available via the Internet – a network that is not under the direct or indirect control of VENDOSOL S.R.L. , and our company will make every effort to maintain the security of the information and will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security and availability of the service.
In order to ensure the security of the SUNFUL.IO service, its use requires the use of a valid e-mail address.
In addition to the above, VENDOSOL S.R.L. recommends that you constantly check the security policies of the browser used by you, as well as the terminal used to access the service, so that it has installed and updated software against viruses of any type or any external cracking or hacking attacks.
